Since joining IEP in 2019 straight from college as an administrator, I have progressed to a Paraplanner and my responsibilities now extend to a wide remit, alongside ensuring the best possible client outcomes within Ian’s team my role also covers the training of staff and the overseeing of several internal reporting functions that I have taken on since joining the firm.

I am currently working toward my Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice, and I continually strive to enhance my technical knowledge and understanding of all facets of our industry as my career continues.
