I enjoy engaging with clients to explore their personal hopes and dreams and then helping and supporting them to achieve these lifetime goals. This is done by helping develop powerful, meaningful and practical strategies to ensure success in all aspects of their financial and personal lives. Relationships with clients are very personal and can be emotional. There’s been times when I’ve seen tears of joy when our clients realise that they can fulfil their hopes and dreams.

I’ve spent most of my career in financial services, initially at Provincial Life and Prudential. I joined Pavis in 1999 as an administrator and paraplanner. I qualified as a financial planner in 2001, a Pension Transfer Specialist in 2003 and am also a Care Fees Planning Specialist.

I was incredibly proud to win Financial Services Personality of the Year 2020 at the Women in Business awards and the Insurance Institute of Liverpool Exceptional Service Award in 2018.
