My role is to represent all stakeholders at board level.

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and hold professional qualifications in the investment arena.  In addition to this I am a Partner at Redburn Atlantic, an equity brokerage business that is a subsidiary of Rothschild & Co.  I also sit on the board of SigmaRoc Plc as an independent non-executive and as a trustee of Knight Support, a homeless charity in Brighton.

I have worked for almost 30 years in the investment arena both as a fund manager and on the banking side.
